Job Context:
∎ Must have previous experience in working in real estate sector
∎ Must have experience of handing over completed real estate projects
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning the construction project
∎ Creating a construction schedule
∎ Assigning tasks to the various contractors and subcontractors
∎ Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end
∎ Monitoring quality of work by contractors
∎ Making sure deadlines are met
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Accommodation can be provided
