Educational Requirements:
∎ B..Sc in Civil Engineering from any public or private university/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage constructions sites and timely execution of project.
∎ Supervise site staff and co-ordinate between management and site.
∎ Monitoring and improving material requisition system.
∎ Preparing and implementing site implementation plan.
∎ Train and supervise technical and non-technical staff of design, construction and engineering team.
∎ Other duties and projects relating to construction management as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excel, MS project and auto cad would be beneficial.
∎ Should be hardworking and self-motivated.
∎ Should have excellent team building capability.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ 15,000/++
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly Twice.
∎ Festival Bonus : 2.
∎ Tour allowance.
∎ As per company policy others facilities.
