∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales leads and achieve sales target.
∎ Report to superior on new opportunities and apply product knowledge to meet the target.
∎ Make routine visits to all potential clients/organizations to ensure sales.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations to potential corporate clients.
∎ Maintain regular communications with corporate clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions based on their requirements.
∎ Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, service, and issues
∎ Prepare the draft pricing structure and initiate negotiation with corporate clients upon prior approval from supervisor
∎ Prepare BOQ,Quotation & other documents whichever is necessary for sales
∎ Provide after sales and pre-sales support to the customer wherever possible
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
∎ Highly motivated & target driven
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
∎ Supervision, team player & positive attitude.
