Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or BSc in Architecture /Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the on-site workforce, including subcontractors and workers, ensuring they work efficiently and according to project guidelines
∎ Implementing the work by contractors as per the work program and giving necessary instructions accordingly
∎ Provide technical guidance to workers and address any construction and interior-related challenges that arise at the project
∎ Ability to understand and ensure implementation of working drawings (interiors)
∎ Collect and ensure correct measurements from the site
∎ Ensure overall quality assurance and control in the projects as per the standards set by Management
∎ Implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Problem-solving skills of site and monitoring of daily progress of works
∎ Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project updates to the project management team and other stakeholders
∎ Materials receiving, allocation for projects, and update material records
∎ Controlling wastage of materials during execution of works
∎ Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure and long hours
∎ May need to visit outside of Dhaka for certain projects
∎ Any other assignment given by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' work experience at any reputed organization
∎ Strong, technical knowledge on large format tiles, marble, mosaics, kitchens, cabinetry and solid-surface materials
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD would be beneficial
∎ B2 Level English
∎ Should be hardworking and self-motivated
∎ Should have excellent team building capabilities
∎ Should have experience of managing and motivating large teams
