∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or diploma in Civil.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management/ Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawing with respective departments
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan and bills
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 Project Delivery experience (First to Last)
∎ Project management skill
∎ Prioritizing skill
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skill
∎ Ability to manage vendors
∎ People leadership and coordination
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, AutoCAD
