Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering from reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility for the projects, including planning, organizing, and controlling all project activities.
∎ Must have expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ.
∎ Capable of properly analyzing all designs and notifying the appropriate authorities of any changes in advance.
∎ Responsible for creating a work schedule that adheres to the project plan and completing all tasks on time.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work.
∎ Plan ahead of time for the construction items required and ensure to obtain them on schedule.
∎ Work with project workers and contractors to identify and resolve operational issues before they become a problem.
∎ Responsible for creating bills of work completed and submitting them to the appropriate authority.
∎ Coordinate project activities with regulatory authorities or other government entities.
∎ Ensures the safety and security of all men, materials, and equipment.
∎ Handle daily operational matters in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 10 years’ experience in relevant field
∎ Must have experience in construction of high rise building
∎ Good command in English both in writing & speaking
∎ Strong knowledge in MS Office Application & Autocad software
∎ Proven leadership skills, results oriented.
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other employees to ensure teamwork.
∎ Able to create a diverse and supportive work environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
∎ Strong time management skills.
∎ Available to work when needed including weekends, holidays, and nights.
