Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management,
∎ Sub-Contractor Management
∎ Monitoring Proper use of Construction Equipment (Roller, Excavator, Pay-Loader, Drum Track/Track, Plant and Others)
∎ Monitoring Materials Receiving (Quality & Quantity)
∎ Preparing Daily & Monthly works Program, Monitoring & Reporting
∎ Quality Control, Time Control & Cost Control
∎ Relationship Develop and Communication with high Authority
∎ Road Survey by use Automatic Level Machine & Calculation Earth Volume
∎ Preparing of Estimation of Project, Preparing & Collection of Bill
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Civil Engineering, Microsoft Project, Excel, Auto CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Construction Firms - (Construction Road)
∎ Candidate to apply only road experience.
∎ Computer literacy must.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Good English, interpersonal communication skill on oral & written.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic person.
