∎ Minimum B.Sc. Engineering (Civil)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the community project engineering team
∎ Coordinate with other project teams, internal staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
∎ Conduct capacity building trainings to community mobilizers and other community construction groups
∎ Establish the networking and linkage with different stakeholders
∎ Support the Cash specialist in coordinating the cash distribution process
∎ Track project timelines and achievements
∎ Conduct need assessment and BEE of earth work
∎ Ensure timely completion of road improvement and ground raising projects as per approved design
∎ Conduct Brief Environmental Examination (BEE) of construction work
∎ Prepare and get approval of BOQ
∎ Ensure tendering process timely aligning with annual work plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Ability to conduct pre-work, post-work survey
∎ Skill on preparation BOQ
∎ Skill on designing of different construction structures
∎ Computer aided design software knowledge is preferable
∎ Networking capacity with GOB and other NGOs
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Basic computer knowledge of using MS Word and MS Excel
∎ Knowledge on engineering design software
∎ Ability to drive motocycle with driving licence will add value
Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
