Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently allocate work to contractors in accordance with the monthly work schedule.
∎ Develop accurate weekly estimates of materials required for each project.
∎ Oversee the timely submission and follow-up of material requisitions for respective projects.
∎ Supervise daily operations to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and the quality of materials.
∎ Prioritize and maintain safety and security protocols for site labor/workers and contractor personnel.
