Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Budget Management, Excellent writing and presentation skills., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision & monitoring of civil & interior works.
∎ Administer site activities, progress, and guide staff & workers on day to day basis.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Checking the accuracy of execution & installation as per drawings.
∎ Preparation of estimate & cost of new projects by Computer Aided Design.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Preparation of progress report and Documentary work for interior activities.
∎ Daily Meeting with the contractor and other site staff for the work schedule of the next day.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Good presentation skill is a must.
∎ Must have computer literacy & good command in English & Bengali.
∎ Must have the expertise to prepare project budget, BOQ.
∎ Must have skill in MS Office
∎ Well conversant with the Auto CAD software 2D/3D.
