Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institute or any Polytechnic Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishing all project related works in scheduled time.
∎ Ensuring the goals and objectives of respective project within prescribed time period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 year experience in Real Estate/ RMG sector/ Consultancy Firm/ Installation Sector.
∎ At least 3 years working experience on design section and must have knowledge about relevant software (AUTO CAD).
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge on Building & Fire safety Standards of Accord, RSC, Alliance, DAIF, BNBC & Fire Service Rules to make the remediation work in RMG sector.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge on preparing Fire Safety Plan/ Report, Calculation , documentation etc.
∎ Capability of making Fire Separation, Fire Detection & Fire Protection System design-drawing according to the rules of BNBC and NFPA standard.
∎ If candidates have MIEB NO. He will be get preferences.
∎ Have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be fit for traveling.
∎ Capable to maintain & lead a team.
∎ Should be committed by own-self to work hard & willingly finish all duties.
∎ Have good knowledge in Fire equipment materials.
∎ Capable of doing Fire Detection & Fire Protection System Design Calculations according to the rules of BNBC, NFPA & FSCD standard.
∎ Capable of doing Testing, Commissioning & Supervision Work on Fire Detection & Protection Installation.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
