∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dhaka, Real Estate project Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge of Finishing Work with Preparation of Budget, Estimation & BOQ Proper application.
∎ Full Time Project Supervision.
∎ Monitoring daily scheduled work
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing
∎ Carry out all types of civil Engineering structural , Architecture, Plumbing & Electrical design
∎ Handling Sub Contractor
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by Management.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-12 years' experience in Real Estate Sector.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
∎ Should be able to manage high quality commercial & residential building construction works.

Salary: Negotiable
