Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing system designs and generating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as well as estimating costs
∎ for a range of fire safety systems, including fire sprinklers, standpipes, suppression systems, firealarms, detection systems, and passive fire protection solutions.
∎ Executing the commissioning process for detection and protection systems.
∎ Engaging in field visits, strategizing for projects, overseeing project management, monitoringproject progress, fostering teamwork, and managing interactions with clients and consultants.
∎ Ensuring the quality of work through rigorous control measures and motivating teammembers.
∎ Addressing audit requirements and meticulously maintaining documentation in compliancewith regulatory standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Profound understanding of NFPA standards 13, 14, 20, 72, 101, and BNBC Part 4.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD and hydraulic calculations.
∎ A solid track record of 2-5 years in the field of fire detection and protection systems.
∎ Willingness to travel, both locally within Dhaka and internationally if required.
∎ Self-driven and capable of contributing to the organization's objectives.
∎ Demonstrated ability to excel in high-pressure work environments.
∎ Possession of NFPA training certification will be considered favorably.
