Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a creative, dynamic person as a project engineer to play a critical role in manage the supply & construction works at cox's bazar office including field level management, coordination and collaboration and implementation of construction projects, tender preparation, supply of products and services. This person will manage a high performing team focused on company critical projects related to field implementation. the person will work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders, interface with end users, and the engineering team to ensure delivery of projects under schedule and under budget. also has responsibilities that include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers.
∎ Monitor contract compliance with established procedures and delivered to relevant parties; cost reporting, nominated sub-contractors
∎ Successfully deliver small & large, design build, and self-performed construction projects and materials supply.
∎ Ensure on time, or ahead-of-time delivery of construction projects, materials supply, enabling your teams to solve problems and prioritize execution
∎ Promote a safe and quality driven culture, both project and company wide
∎ Coach and mentor counterparts and subordinates on excellence in the construction industry
∎ Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the project's goals
∎ Provide the best product for your respective project's customer or end users, keeping projects moving forward and fixing concerns as they arise
∎ Foster an innovative environment amongst your team's and provide strategic input into the construction, government or development organization, setting your teams future up for growth and success
∎ Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on civil, structural, and architectural, mechanical, electrical, life safety and controls scopes
∎ Ability to train and mentor colleagues on best practices for project execution
∎ Willingness to get your hands dirty as needed to complete objectives and lead your times through challenging projects
∎ Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
∎ Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and willingness to continuously learn
∎ Capacity to work long hours on demanding projects in high stress environments
∎ Minimize costs and increase efficiencies where possible and provide high level of service
∎ Maintain results, analyze and assess performance and implement improvements
∎ Ensure all health & safety standards are adhered to and positively followed
∎ approve all standard operating procedures for assigned area of responsibility

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer skill for office works incliding Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email communication

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
