∎ Age 30 to 37 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable Preparing, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
∎ · Preparing the project requisition & daily work schedule.
∎ · Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
∎ · Evaluate work progress and prepare detailed reports as per the requirement.
∎ · Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
∎ · Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
∎ · Experienced in construction of Highrise building with single/multiple basements in construction sector.
∎ · Good in estimate and capable to prepare bill of the project, should have the knowledge to prepare cost analysis of any item related to the project.
∎ · Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
∎ · Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
∎ · Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ · Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
∎ · Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
∎ · Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.Any other tasks assign by the Management.
