Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma In Civil Engineering or
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement effective project plan and ensure satisfactory project progress.
∎ Ensure all works of projects are running as per program in conformity with Working Drawings.
∎ Should have capacity to run projects independently.
∎ Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
∎ Analyze BOQ and submit materials indent properly, check quality of all materials regularly.
∎ Arrange all quality control process as per company policy.
∎ Arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify issues hampering project progress and take remedial measures to improve the project progress and work quality.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
∎ Certify all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Ensure all excess utility connections are officially disconnected,
∎ Communicate quickly with Superior in the event of any emergency situation.
∎ Select finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with Supply chain management.
∎ Prepare detail project finishing program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ Determines projects costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Handling all contractors.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 07-10 years practical working experience in any reputed Real Estate Company in equivalent rank.
∎ Must have capable computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Experience in computer aided drawing CAD is required.
∎ The applicants should have experience in all types of civil construction works and management.
∎ Early Applicants will get Preference.
