∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skill, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of Site Engineer or Supervisor according to site Program/ Schedule.
∎ Ability to Coordination with the relevant departments involved in the Construction of Bridge and Road Construction for Government & Private Sector.
∎ Capable to make Feasibility study/reports, details projects reports, cost analysis of the construction projects.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on the specification
∎ Capable of submitting a written daily/weekly Progress Report of the Project to the Authority as per the necessity and/or as per the advice of the Management.
∎ Knowledge of management principles involved in leadership technique, production methods, resource allocation, coordination of people and resources.
∎ Project Management -- Knowledge of Computerized Project Planning & Management including scope management, time management, cost management, procurement management, risk management, human resource management, communication and integration management.
∎ Construction Management -- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, and procedures through resources (equipment, material and manpower) to construct various items.
∎ Planning - These days every company/department/project/event suffers from an incredible shrinking budget along with a shortage of quality resources. Manager develops a work plan for his/her project, take subsequent tactical decisions and manage skillfully progress of multiple tasks by his/her project management team, coordinate between the tasks, share internal resources, arrange external resources, preplan contingency activities, initiate the same on-time to meet completion schedule on day by day basis.
∎ Team Building - Usually each team member has different kinds of issues such as deficiencies in knowledge, confidence, social skills, over-enthusiasm, overconfidence, over expenditure habits, egos etc. The manager must have the monitoring and coordination skills to turn the team functional and result oriented.
∎ Problem Solving -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
∎ Negotiation & Persuasion - Strong persuasion and negotiation skill, keep relations alive with stakeholders under any circumstance.
∎ Presentation - Have good audio-visual presentation skills to prepare & deliver in front of a large number audience.
∎ Networked - Strongly networked with the industry.
∎ Ability to depend on his/her team members.
∎ Ability to achieve corporate goals for his/her project.
