∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
∎ Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
∎ Lead project team for smooth progress of works within timeline and budget.
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
∎ Review the work progress on regular basis.
∎ Prepare internal and external reports connect to job status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 (twelve) years of overall experience in Building Construction with 5(five) years experience in construction management.
∎ Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
∎ Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
∎ Familiarity with construction management software packages, AutoCAD, MS Project etc.
∎ Competent in conflict and crisis management.
∎ Leadership and human resources management skills.
∎ Excellent time and project management skills.
∎ Experience in execution of interior design work.
