∎ Diploma Engineer (Civil) any Government Polytechnic Institute in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ KEYSTONE DEVELOPMENT & CONSULTANCY
∎ Looking for energetic, innovative, self motivated, hard working personnel for the mentioned post for immediate appointment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the implementation of projects and overall such as construction supervision of piling, basement, lift core, & finishing work with checklist maintain, quality control, bill preparation, official correspondence with the consultant and employer.
∎ Have Industry Experience or knowledge of checklists, Details estimate, BOQ, BOM & materials consumption.
∎ Prepare bill of materials and estimation.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Be attentive to detail.
∎ Proven listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Familiarity with project management and selling.
∎ Have an energetic, confident, and respectful nature
∎ Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Applications and Auto CAD
∎ To able to work independently in the assign territory.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assign by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Must have clear knowledge on Construction, Electrical and plumbing functions and min. 05 years practical experience in the construction projects and must have the capability to supervise the project competently.
∎ Diploma Engineer (Civil) with min 2 years working experience reputed Real Estate/ Building Construction/ Consultancy Company.
∎ Working experience in the relevant track will get priority.
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, target oriented and diligent & committed.
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player.
∎ Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
∎ Sound health with sound mind

Salary: Negotiable
