∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive Knowledge about interior fit-out works.
∎ The successful candidates have to remain and supervise project sites in order to ensure proper and timely installation and hand over to clients.
∎ Proper communication & coordination with Factory regarding project related issues.
∎ Solving of technical issues, providing advice, coordinate with site teams or subcontractor.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
∎ Must have the ability to manage and source (appoint) carpenter and other site fit-out teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have experience in the above mentioned position for at least 5 years in the field of Interior items fitting fixing works at site.
∎ Should have knowledge in Auto CAD 2D & Microsoft Office preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
