Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all construction works by attending to the project during job execution to ensure the work is done on schedule.
∎ Check the details and quality of work to meet the process, specifications, and workmanship standards.
∎ Ensure the contractor follows the program by providing necessary instructions to meet the schedule.
∎ Ensure the quality of civil works by guiding workers.
∎ Monitor manpower mobilization and skills match of workers to ensure the skilled labor for the project.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of construction work and workers.
∎ Control waste of material by monitoring closely during the execution of work.
∎ Supervise & manage the construction work of individual project independently through effective planning, monitoring, reporting of progress, managing contractor and others in site.
∎ Study all types of design & drawing, execute work according to same and provide feedback.
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects of projects in accordance with company policies.
∎ Job Context: HR Holdings Ltd. is a sister concern of HR Group. There have three running Project named HR Satellite city, HR Paradise & Sinbad Beach & Eco Resort Ltd. Our ongoing project is at Coxsbazar & Saint Martin. We are looking currently seeking a dynamic Project Engineer.
∎ Workplace: Rejukhal, Cox’s Bazar
