Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project budgeting/ Rate Analysis/ Estimation
∎ Responsible for prepare analytical and periodical reports on progress and development.
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the standards.
∎ Review the work programs, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensures that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.
∎ Ensuring all construction work done according to specific drawing and design.
∎ Estimate construction materials
∎ Undertaking technical site rapid assessments as required for the emergency;
∎ Report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required by the line manager on workforce, material consumption and project progress.
∎ Tender document preparation, specification, BOQ, Bill Certification, Preparation of progress report, coordination with site engineers
∎ Plan and inspect construction work of various civil sites.
∎ Oversee design and construction aspects of assigned civil projects.
∎ Quantity survey & Quality Control
∎ Bill Submission, Dealing with subcontractors
∎ Collaborate with Water Development Board
∎ Ensuring all construction work done according to specific drawing and design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
