Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed public/private universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 4/5 years serving as the project engineer (construction) for any real estate development company. The candidate should have mandatory experience with at least one building of 9/10 floors, from inception, construction supervision, and to the hand over process.
∎ To forecast, plan and execute plan
∎ To liaise and building relationships with clients.
∎ Proposal preparation & negotiating with clients as per sales guideline.
∎ To contribute the strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives.
∎ Create Corporate & Individual Leads.
∎ Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
∎ Record customer details as per sales & marketing guideline.
∎ Schedule appointments to meet prospective clients.
∎ Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction.
∎ Visit potential & existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client's needs.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction with on time and quality service in a dedicated manner.

∎ Well conversant with computer literacy (AutoCAD, MS office, Excel, Power point, Internet)
∎ Strong writing skills in English & Bengali
