Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ The candidate should be a B.Sc or Diploma in civil engineering from a reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Building, Project Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall construction management of the assigned project;
∎ Monitoring the work of Assistant Engineer and work as a team;
∎ Scheduling control and reporting of project work progress;
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors;
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan and bill;
∎ Assuring quality of construction work;
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities and take corrective measure accordingly;
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities;
∎ Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing drawing co-ordination;
∎ To co-ordinate with senior management and contractor;
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule;
∎ Update daily project work activity;
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policy;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ For Diploma in civil engineering required minimum 10 years experience and B.Sc in civil engineering required minimum 5 years experience.
