Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University with having good academic result.
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study of all type of drawings like Rajuk, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.
∎ Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
∎ Develop engineering assignment approaches and develop and review.
∎ Communicate on project progress, unusual concerns and plans for reviewing design
∎ Good understanding projects design engineering and implement project specification effectively
∎ Encompass operational, quality, environmental and safety aspects within the design that may minimize the risk and hazard
∎ Coordinate bill of quantity (BoQ) issuance for construction of project site
∎ Prepare and document design calculations under Team guidance
∎ Support Assistant Engineer and Assistant project supervisor and ensure timely addressing of project overall design.
∎ Lead to supervise efficiently all staffs and worker employed.
∎ Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
∎ Ensuring project merchandizing and branding during construction period.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) experience in this field.
∎ The applicants should have experiences in the following area(s): Drawing, Auto CAD 2D 3D,Civil project Engineer, Construction project management.
∎ Candidate must have Commercial civil work construction experience.
∎ Experience in innovative civil works like 3 or 4 Basement, Fair Face, Building estimate & costing, Building Facade etc.
∎ Hard worker, willing to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have experience in project management.
∎ Identify critical civil works.
∎ Good command over English and Good communication skills is preferable.
∎ Able to forecast project engineering Schedule.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
