Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare total project planning (Work Schedule, Manpower, Equipment requirement etc.) before starting new project and ongoing projects.
∎ To supervise the on-going infrastructural development works and ensure their timely completion (Steel Structure and RCC Work).
∎ To ensure quality control (check of strength of concrete, cement, re-bars, workmanship of finishing works).
∎ To coordinate with concern person/department for decision collection.
∎ To monitor the work progress and control the work schedule properly.
∎ To prepare monthly progress report.
∎ To do time to time reconciliation at site regarding materials consumption, site cleaning and site safety issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in the construction of Factory/ Residential/ High Rise buildings.
∎ Managerial skills to organize and control construction projects from conception to closeout.
∎ Good understanding in work place/construction safety and security issues, assess potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ Project management skill.
∎ Should be innovative thinking, and have creative problem-solving skills.
∎ Leadership capabilities through practical application and team building technique.
∎ Professional attitude and appearance, smart and convincing personality.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
