∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6/8 years serving as a project engineer (construction) for any eco resort company.
∎ Applicants should have experience in landscaping work.
∎ Able to interpret drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and implement those at site accordingly.
∎ Able to create work program and implement them at site.
∎ Able to supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete all the type of RCC work as per the drawing etc.
∎ Able to supervise all type of finishing jobs with high quality finish.
∎ Able to guide subcontractor with daily work program.
∎ Able to supervise and solve problems in consultation with project in-Charge / GM Construction.
∎ Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant
