∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, civil contruction, Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of overall construction work.
∎ Prepare the cost estimate regarding various civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
∎ Prepare sub-contractors bill as physical work quantity.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate and quantities.
∎ Verifies engineering application by conduction test and inspections, building and analyzing models.
∎ Preparing construction estimates and determining cost breakdowns to ensure projects are completed within budget.
∎ Prepare time schedule for all types of work.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
