Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials. Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at the site.
∎ Implementation of the project schedule as per targets set by Management. Ensure quality works and quality product & Authentication/Certification of bills.
∎ Monitor the interior work of the project to comply with the interior plan of the building.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the project as per the standard set by management. Supervise daily construction/civil work of the specific project.
∎ Must be able to read a working drawing.
∎ Estimate materials quantities from works drawing.
∎ Manage suppliers and conductors.
∎ Responsible to implement and manage the Frame work Practice , QA/QC plan for the Finishing works and external works / Infrastructure.
∎ Make routine inspections for the Frame work, finishing works, External work and Infrastructure works at site on daily basis in order to raise the daily progress reports and release the contractors payments.
∎ Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager regarding work performance to the satisfactory of the Project Consultants.
∎ Provide Logistic support to the project subcontractors at site.
∎ Coordinate to Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Project Specifications or normal construction industry practices.
∎ Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Smart and ambitious professionals.
∎ Knowledge of Framework & Finishes theories and practices and Infrastructure works.
∎ Knowledge of environmental management systems and vast experience in finishes works.
