Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of projects, buildings construction plans & works schedule.
∎ Preparation of work procedures & BOQ of buildings construction works.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ Ensure quality of work is maintained as per the design and specifications.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department, ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Review the work progress on a day, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, Electrical & Sanitary drawings and models.
∎ Prepare project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs and rate analysis.
∎ Identify measures for cost minimization.
∎ To ensure site stores are well maintained, protected and secure with no excess unused materials.
∎ Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting Construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
∎ Ensure the timely preparation of contractors/suppliers running and final bills.
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Excel, MS Project would be beneficial.
∎ Should be hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
Salary: Negotiable
