Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institution with at least 05 years hand on experience from piling work to handover the apartment building.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have clear concept/experience in Structural and Construction work of apartment building
∎ The candidate will be responsible to implement the project as per design
∎ Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget
∎ Strong follow up and persuasive skills
∎ Ability to run the construction project independently
∎ Responsible for leading the Project/ Construction
∎ Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance
∎ Capable to run the complete construction management
∎ Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
∎ Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing
∎ Project store and stock maintenance
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
∎ Participate in Quality Control of the project.
∎ Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost estimation.
∎ Cooperation with design, marketing, procurement and accounts departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Should have a 'Can-do' attitude all time.
∎ Adequate supervision experience about construction site in building project.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Self motivated & self driven.
∎ Result oriented approach.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have working experience in respective field in well reputed real estate/ construction company
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications, internet browsing etc.
