Education:
∎ B.Sc In Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Software expertise of AutoCad, 2D, 3D (at least 2D working ability), MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
∎ The applicants should have enough technical & field knowledge as well as experience about Industrial Machine Foundation Construction.
∎ B.Sc In Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Software expertise of AutoCad, 2D, 3D (at least 2D working ability), MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To capable of basic civil construction functions e.g. civil working drawings, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation and Steel Building construction and special knowledge about finishing work and handling.
∎ To capable in construction of Industrial Project with Layout, Piling, and Pile cap, Mat/Raft foundation with machine foundation (Ex. Cold Rolling Steel Mill Machine Foundation).
∎ To coordinate with consultant/project coordinator regarding collection of design, drawing and technical specification.
∎ Knowledge of interpret drawing (Structural, Architectural and others civil drawing) and implement those on site.
∎ To prepare implementation schedule for all types of work and preparing construction plan and follow-up the plan.
∎ To prepare construction estimates, BOQ and determining cost breakdowns as well as analysis of rate and quantities to ensure projects are completed within budget.
∎ To prepare monthly materials requirement status and co-ordination with the purchase department and prepare Material Purchase Requirement (MPR), Purchase Order (PO), and Material Receive Report (MRR) as well as ensure the quality of the construction materials.
∎ To check received materials for construction project and capable to maintain store.
∎ To supervise overall construction works including supervision of supervisor and labour/contractors and ensure quality of erection/construction works.
∎ To report to authority time to time about project implementation progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management as and when required.
