Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Civil from a reputed university or relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A project Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks (including but not limited to):
∎ Preparation of Drawings (AutoCAD), BOQ and Cost Estimates and tender documents for all type of Project.
∎ Monitoring and executing construction work within the Project deadline.
∎ Verify the work done at site and recommend for the payment to contractor.
∎ Supervise daily construction works, monitor works progress and provide suggestions to workers of Contractor.
∎ Prepare the Project planning and how to complete the project earlier.
∎ Ensure the Quality control of materials and overall works.
∎ Prepare the daily/Weekly/ monthly works plans and construction progress report which is send to Authorized persons.
∎ Monitor and supervise daily works distribution activity
∎ Recommend new methods and approaches to improve the activity of works.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest CAD Software programs and technologies.
∎ Ensure the Works safety rules and regulations maintain by the contractor workers at site.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Applicant should have experience in the flowing area (s): ETP and Civil Construction works.
∎ The Applicant should have experience in the flowing area (S): Engineering Farm.
∎ Experience in the ETP Project will be preferred.
∎ Must Know AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Microsoft office.
∎ Have the Capability of work under pressure and to be a team player.
∎ Comparison between estimated cost in BOQ and cost of implementation.
∎ Communication skill in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skill.
