Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle a Project independently.
∎ Supervise day-to-day construction works.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Report all site information to respective superiors regular basis.
∎ To review the progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned contractors for project completion in a time-bound manner.
∎ Energetic, hard worker, to be capable enough to manage construction sites efficiently.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
