Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering degree from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising all the construction and post construction maintenance works related to Civil, Steel fabricated steel structure, Electrical and other Industrial installations including HVAC.
∎ Planning & Managing and preparation of work program for construction and general maintenance of the facility including electrical, Air conditioining, interior etc.
∎ Monitoring and ensure quality of all works relates to construction, Maintenance and procurement.
∎ Preparation of comparative statement of material/product/ component quality & price.
∎ Supervising the task of Structural, Electrical, Electromechanical, Plumbing, Generator Machine, Machine, Vibrator Machine, lighting & wiring/cabling, Telephone BABX, cleaning etc. of the facility.
∎ Dealing with different suppliers & contractors for supply of materials for different construction and post construction general/ periodical maintenance including concrete yard, warehouse, office, facility buildings etc. and completing the task in timely manner in consultation with management and respective consultant.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring safety measures at the facility during work in progress.
∎ Purchase materials, parts, components with approved price and quality required for construction, installation and general maintenance.
∎ Handle local obstacles relating to any construction of the facility.
∎ Providing regular training and advice to the workers to develop their still.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-15 years working experiences in performing above responsibilities.
∎ Thorough knowledge in Autocad operation and Computer is a Must including Construction Software.
∎ Ability to work hard and coordinate with higher Management.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects with appropriate knowledge.
∎ Good command in procurement and purchase of all construction and maintenance materials with appropriate price, quantity and quality.
∎ Ability to arrange appropriate contractors, suppliers, workman for assigned job and get the work done ensuring perfect workmanship.
∎ Preparation of BOQ for any construction and maintenance works.
∎ Computer skills on word processing, spreadsheet, Internet applications and relevant computer programs.
∎ Moderate writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Proven Experience in performing the said responsibilities.
