∎ Skills Required: Accuracy, Attention to detail, AutoCAD, IT Skills, MS Office, Organizational Skills, Strong communication skills.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Drafting, Project Management, site supervision, Strong communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architectural Design, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Consultancy, Structural Design Drawing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good communication with client, office, and different authority.
∎ Collect, preserve & have a clear concept of all approved drawings, designs, specifications.
∎ Planning and preparing of daily work program with sub-contractor on regular basis.
∎ Supervision and execution of civil, sanitary, plumbing, electrical, tiles & marble works, paint works, interior & exterior works, in both residential and commercial building on regular basis and report to the concerned authority as well.
∎ As and one required visiting different sites, showrooms, factories, warehouse of service centers, and other properties of our company as per necessity and instruction office chief just scope of visiting, including in or out of Dhaka city.
∎ Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
∎ Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
∎ Oversee the selection, requisition, and quality of materials.
∎ Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended main civil other constructions or other maintenance work.
∎ Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract and design documents.
∎ Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract and desi liaise with any consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Communicate with Management/Senior Officials of the company including attending regular meetings to report the progress of the works. Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site works as per the implementation plan.
∎ Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of the contractors.
∎ Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
∎ Prepare reports as required including time plan, work schedule, and bills.
∎ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and do such other work as may be assigned from time to time.
