Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a Project Engineer (Civil) who has the relevant experience or ability to manage residential and commercial construction building.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective work plan, executing & close monitoring of project activities.
∎ Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials requirement as per drawing and monitoring delivery, stock and consumption status.
∎ Should be capable to supervise all civil construction works at different projects.
∎ All kinds of supervision for structural & finishing work such as Soil test, Building Layout, Piling (Precast/Cast in Situ), Load Test, Basement, foundation, Brick work, Shuttering etc.
∎ Prepare bill for contractor and Sub-contractor, certify the quantity and quality as per site execution.
∎ Must be ensured that project is running as per work plan.
∎ Should be innovative & able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be able to operate Auto-CAD.
∎ Perform additional tasks assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 to 08 years' experience in Real Estate Sectors for Residential & Commercial Building.
∎ Age 25 to 30 years.
∎ Proficiency in Computer MS Office.
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
