∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD Designing, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of supervision for structural work (Shuttering, Re-bar, concreting work, Block work, plaster work, Door frame fitting, steel building errection etc.)
∎ All kinds of finishing work supervision like tiles work, sanitary work, paint work and control of wastage etc.
∎ Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing.
∎ Prepare of monthly budget and work program.
∎ Overall supervision of project safely, security and quality of all type work.
∎ Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.
∎ Conduct construction projects of building.
∎ Prepare reports regarding construction status
∎ Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, supplier and key team members of the project team
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
∎ Preparing and implementing project plans.
∎ Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
∎ Civil Compliance - BNBC, Accord/RSC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in textile mills construction will be preferable.
∎ Planning, Auto CAD Designing, Civil 3D, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about BNBC, ACCORD, ALLIANCE.
Salary: Negotiable
