Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Diploma in Electrical, HSC
∎ Skills Required: Autocad 2D 3D, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Maintainance, Practical Electrical Work

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Installation and Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and act basic engineering functions like Civil RCC drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, concrete foundation and finishing work for Interior projects.
∎ Check and prepare measurement book (MB) and prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for Interior, RCC etc
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement and delivery department.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all materials and adequate labor/manpower at the site.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
∎ Manage stocks of materials, stores-in, stores-out records
∎ Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs all equipment and systems (Electrical, Air Condition, Plumbing, Generator etc) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply for the post of Maintenance Supervisor.
