Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering preferable form any reputed Institution with a good academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for total management of the different projects of the firms which includes site supervision, planning, managing, coordinating, evaluating, controlling & completing the project timely by assuring standard quality.
∎ The candidate should be able to prepare analytical and periodical reports on progress and development of various on-going & up-coming construction works at the project site and to maintain close liaison with our different project consultants independently.
∎ Project Planning, Scheduling & Organizing in order to meet the Project Completion deadlines.
∎ Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
∎ Responsible to follow up Erection & Installation works as per drawings & relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ Manage multiple projects and maintain communications with contractors till Project handover.
∎ Responsible for checking the accuracy of erection & Installation as per drawings.
∎ Update / maintain & ensure all forms, guidelines, engineering Documents, preparing site progress reports as well as project database relevant to Project Management.
∎ Ensure Erection & Installation quality and safety matters of the construction sites.
∎ Resolving any unexpected difficulties and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ All other duties as requested by the management.
