∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University and Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institute.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an accountable "Project Engineer" to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of projects, buildings construction plans & works schedule.
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverables, of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Preparation of work procedures & BOQ of buildings construction works.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ Ensure quality of work is maintained as per the design and specifications.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department, ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Review the work progress on a day, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
∎ Any Other works assign by Dept.-In-Charge Material procurement & Purchase.
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, Electrical & Sanitary drawings and models.
∎ Prepare project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs and rate analysis.
∎ Identify measures for cost minimization.
∎ To ensure site stores are well maintained, protected and secure with no excess unused materials.
∎ Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting
∎ Construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
∎ Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
∎ Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing
∎ Adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Ensure the timely preparation of contractors/suppliers running and final bills.
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the management.
∎ FAR rules knowledge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in as cast Proposal/Fair face construction will be given preference.
∎ Minimum 07 years' experience in supervising, estimate of high-rise building & site supervision for graduate engineer.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Excellent knowledge on International codes & standards.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ MS Excel, MS Project would be beneficial.
∎ Should be Hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
∎ Have knowledge and experience of working with Interior Design (ID) of apartments
