Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, Civil Enginnering, Planning and monitoring, Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distinctive knowledge of STEEL, IRON and Building construction
∎ Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
∎ Maintain relation with Govt. office
∎ Maintain purchase, Labor control etc.
∎ Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programmed, Scheduled, control and monitor all plants and materials on a weekly/daily basis.
∎ Supervise site activities.
∎ Ensure erection/construction work.
∎ To have the mentality staying out of Dhaka (if necessary)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
