Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience in Fair faced building.
∎ Should have good knowledge in project safety and security.
∎ Should have sound working knowledge on designing with AutoCAD(2D &3D)
∎ Should be well conversant to work on Layout, Pilling, Estimate, Costing, Soil test, Brick, RCC, Plastering and structural work.
∎ Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly project construction report, preparing schedule to achieve work target, ensure Material Purchase Requisition (MPR), Material Transfer Order (MTO) and other documents for approval from concerned authority as per requirement.
∎ Should have hands on experience to supervise multistoried building construction having experience in foundation plan.
∎ Working experience to manage projects will be added advantages. Ensure bill checking and timely completion of project with quality construction work as per specification
∎ Will be responsible to supervise multistoried building.
∎ Well conversant in Tender dropping, Tender Participating, Quotation preparing and so on.
∎ Experience to work with different Government Agencies like LGED, PWD and so on will be added advantages.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years in Real Estate Sector.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Fair Faced Building.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Constructions, Project Management, Real Estate, Tender bidding and dropping, etc.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of Auto CAD: 2D & 3D
∎ Should have good communication, leadership and people management skill.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Well conversant with MS-Office(MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
