Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Diploma / B.Sc in Computer Science or EEE from any reputed university with good result
∎ In case of experience on CCTV system education qualification will be considered
∎ Academic Result Third class or equivalent not acceptable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV Surveillance, Access control System & security products.
∎ Provide technical support to customers for all types of CCTV Surveillance & Security Products.
∎ Troubleshoot and Provide Solution for the customers.
∎ Initiate or Conduct meetings with clients on the basis of any business prospects.
∎ Site survey, drawing and preparing BOQ for installation of any projects.
∎ Guide & lead technician team for installation projects of CCTV and Security Products.
∎ Prepare solution proposal according to customer requirement & submit to the concerned sales and marketing person.
∎ Provide after sales service as per customer demand.
∎ Analyze the technical specifications and suggest suitable products for any project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong knowledge & work experience on CCTV Surveillance Products and Installation.
∎ Ability to manage people, Good communication skill both in Bengali & English, Negotiation skill, ability to work under pressure and extended hour.
∎ Good computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet Browsing / Searching and Emailing.
