∎ Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering.
∎ Public University graduates shall be preferred.

Later on, it was re-named as "National Development Engineers Ltd." from 13th March 1982 as a private Limited Company with a view to make significant contribution in the construction sector of the country.

∎ We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Organization in the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full time presence at site anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Preparing and maintain execution plan of the project or Work schedule of the project.
∎ Maintain budget of the project according to cash flow.
∎ Prepare bill.
∎ Maintain Client requirements for smooth operation of the project.
∎ Having experience in PWD, World bank, JIC, ADB or Foreign Funded building projects.
∎ Understand Drawing and skill in AutoCAD.
∎ Contribution in cost and price calculations.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc at least 7-8 year(s)
∎ Diploma at least 8-10 year(s)
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
