∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in or Diploma in civil engineer from govt. polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverable, and estimate costs Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Review the work progress on a daily basis
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ Coordinate with architect and structural Engineer to finalize framing system of a building for preliminary designs.
∎ Co-ordinate with projects for solving drawing and design related problem, which is arise during construction.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
∎ Applicants able to Handling Full structural and Big project Handling.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and takes necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 (Five) years of practical experience in real-state company.
