Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.
∎ To be a successful project engineer, you should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
∎ Report to: Deputy Managing Director

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
∎ Monitor all site safety and legal requirements.
∎ Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives.
∎ Identify project phases and elements.
∎ Schedule and monitor engineering tasks
∎ Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
∎ Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions.
∎ Create drawings used in design and construction.
∎ Regulate policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment for the project team.
∎ Manage the team of engineers working on the project.
∎ Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
∎ Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
∎ Manage time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned time-lines and goals.
∎ Staying up to date with international engineering trends.
∎ Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
∎ Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
∎ Estimating costs and timelines.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum 5 years work experience in construction field.
∎ Proven working experience as a Project Engineer in Glass Manufacturing Project implementation
∎ A valid engineering license.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team and independently.
∎ Having practical knowledge in site execution.
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
∎ Project management and supervision skills.
∎ Decision making ability and leadership skills.
∎ Time management and organization skills
