Job Context:
∎ Peace Development Ltd. Company is a well reknowned company in Dhaka. Our projects are mainly Banasree, Aftabnagar and surrounded area based. Currently we have multiple projects running. That`s why we are looking for reliable projects engineer for our civil and construction work.
∎ This is key role that will be responsible for are site supervision, estimate, and quality control of all type of constructions, maintain and preparing all type of contractor`s bills.
∎ Workplace: Work at office and projects sites.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to supervise and monitoring physically in site civil works.
∎ Guiding site staffs and ensuring smooth functioning of day to day activities for and specific ongoing projects.
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow-up the plan.
∎ Should have practical knowledge on fair face concrete constructions.
∎ Project supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
∎ Understand billing plans, section, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Monitoring contractors work and progress in quantity and quality.
∎ Quality checking of construction materials.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
∎ Ensure safety arrangements (fire, security, man and materials) of constructing sites.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good knowledge on civil constructions.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate Company.
