We are looking for dedicated and competent "Project Engineer" who is ready to accept challenges.
∎ Department - Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, Monitor and follow-up all the construction activities;
∎ Conduct the construction work of the assigned project according to design and drawing place;
∎ Perform cost estimations and preparing project budgets;
∎ Responsible for the proper construction work to ensure quality & progress of the work as per schedule & specification;
∎ Inspect projects compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards;
∎ Liaison with clients and their representatives such as Architects, Engineers and Surveyors and attend regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
∎ Estimate all cost and budget of plan and place requisition for raw material according to drawing, design for the project through respective concerns;
∎ Ensure that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget;
∎ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties with the proper manner;
∎ Receive materials at project area with good conditions and maintain the inventory accordingly;
∎ Manage project and maintain communications with contractors till project handover;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 to 10 years of service experience with proven track record in Project Engineering.
∎ The individual should have experience in the following area (s): Real Estate, 3D CAD, Civil Engineering, Construction Firms, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Developer, Steel, Technical Infrastructure
∎ Minimum 2/3 Project handover experience
∎ Proficiency in civil engineering project management software, such as Civil 3D as well as CAD.
∎ In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Able to show professionalism in most negative environment
∎ Strong leadership skill and believe in team building concept
∎ A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position and excellent presentation skills
∎ Stress taking ability and bear right mentality to meet the deadline
∎ An excellent communication skill (Written & Oral) in English is a must
∎ Focus on Problem solving and Analytical skill
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with advance knowledge in MS office suite.
