Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.from a reputed Public/ Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor construction work as per the approved drawing & design.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule & maintaining quality of work.
∎ Able to manage and actively participate in the comprehensive project management; including initial survey, design, cost estimates, & construction
∎ Supervision on rod binding and form works before pouring concrete and endorse the results to the site order book.
∎ Should be able to supervise the finishing works as per designed standard & quality.
∎ Surveying skills adaptable to contour map creation, building setting & construction, drainage, etc.
∎ Instruct purchase supervisor to prepare purchase order as per site requisition and sign bills and other vouchers, if any.
∎ Should be able to supervise site engineers & supervisors and solve problems in consultation with the project director.
∎ Checking of Materials Requisition Slips. Prepared by the site-engineer and forward it for procurement.
∎ Must understand the company goals and be ready to help solving problem in order to meet these goals.
∎ Must have good understanding in Work Place/ Building Safety and Security Issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 Years' experience in apartment/high rise building construction.
∎ Should have IEB membership.
∎ Be fluent in operation of MS Project along with CAD experience.
∎ Innovative forward thinker and creative problem solver with effective communication skills
∎ Understanding design and construction thoroughly.

Salary: Negotiable
